NH healing LD session

No head movement today. Whole body is rocking back and forth, like rocking a baby. There is a small round area on the back between right side of the spine and upper shoulder blade. I do some unruffling. My hands are drawn to work on your spine. There is sideways, twisting, unwinding, connecting.
Scanning, energy feels slightly cool but flowing nicely. Again my left hand moving down faster than the right. As I ground, I get a picture of swimming with the dolphins.

BACK TO WORK
Friday, October 7, 2011 (did I just put Sept for yesterdays date?)
L.D. healing session with N.H. (8:18 a.m.)
Again with the head bobbing and weaving around. Bending, turning, this way and that. Ears perked up, ready to hear. I gave a big sigh. Head found its centre and became still.
Again with the bowing... and then a 'ah ha' as the picture formed more clearly... what if the bending over was a past life where you were beheaded. [backing up a few sessions - something that didn't get recorded > I was holding your head on a pencil that was stuck in your ear and spinning it around.] So todays image fits in.
Again with the cold metal sensation as I scan your field. AH, like a suit of armour the knights wore. That fits too! It is like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle fitting together.
My hands go to your throat / neck area putting you together again. The wounds heal nicely. There is an ache on the right side of the spine mid shoulder blade area that wants attention. I do some unruffling smoothing it out.
Your energy field is flowing nicely. Holding your feet for grounding, again my left hand follows your field into the earth first and then the right side follows.
What a wonderful story book you are. I found myself bowing to you again in reverence.

I thought about doing a L.D. session on you a few times through the day but ended up running out of 'day'. Sent LOVE and blessings, which I suspect is a session in itself.

OVERWHELM
I am amazed at how much can go on in my life all at the same time. I am beginning to think that these writings are becoming a record of how my life is progressing (or not progressing LOL it seems at times)
It is a wonderful day that is chalk block full of 'stuff' sprinkled with balance ( a bunch of us are going out for Dim Sum lunch after the Steveston Wellness Clinic )
So let the magic begin...

**Remind me to tell you about some of the online events that are happening.
Begin:
System is asleep, slowly stirring awake. There is a tightness ache on the right side of the neck and shoulder radiating down to the top of the shoulder blade. I bless it and tell it I am listening to it, willing and open to the lesson it is bringing to me. My ears perk up - opening to hearing / listening - willing and ready.
My hands are before me sending healing energy to you. They spread apart layer by layer, step by step, getting further and further away from your body. My being settles in. Contentment floods me. All is well.

4:30 p.m. (sorry, for the interruption - my ride arrived to go to the Steveston Wellness Clinic)
Hi again
I went off to my bedroom to sit with you in quiet space away from distractions. My arms began the familiar slow dance like movements. Head slightly weaving around. I feel a burning aching radiating down the right side of the spine from the base of the neck to the bottom of the shoulder blade. It shrinks to a small ping pong size ball and eventually dissapates. I find myself thinking the words of the Lords Prayer and when I get to "And hallowed be thy name", the words came v e r y s l o w l y ! And that's as far as I got. The Ah Ha for me was - to let go and trust God. That there is something going on. Just do my part and trust the rest.
As my hands scan over your energy field it feels like the cool metal shield again but not quite as pronounced. Just scanning begins to move your energy field and it begins to flow. I place my hands on your feet to ground you and they follow your energies into the earth. First my left hand and a minute or so later my right hand. I give thanks for this healing exchange (which is healing for me as well as you)
Session ends. 5:00 p.m.

LATE IN THE DAY
I am sitting here at the computer trying to catch up on the Pain Relief World Summit interviews. Just forwarded an email to you with that info. Decided to take a break and get around to doing this L.D. session for you, otherwise it will be tomorrow and I would have missed a day. So here goes.

Even though I sit here with my eyes closed, the sensation I had was eyes opening wide. I see a beautiful landscape before me. I sink into its beauty. Very peaceful and content. There is a puffed up feeling in my cheeks, lips, mouth, tongue.
I may have taken a detour here... I found myself having thoughts about the new Wednesday evening meditation class at the Vancouver Unity Church that starts tomorrow. My arms were open and I sensed that I was holding space for them and then thought that maybe I was holding the space for you at the same time.
Hands in prayer position, my head starts moving like it was am unwinding ball of yarn. My hands and head bow slightly to you with respect.
There is a focus on my eyes. It is night dark. A yearning to see....
I feel priviledged and honored to work with you. Now my head cocks to the right - in the listening pose.
Ready to hear.
As I scan your energy field it is sluggish from the mid section down. It only takes a few passes to balance the flow. You do the grounding before I even have the intention. As I passed my hands over you starting at the head, it felt like you were a square rectangle / the trunk of a tree connected to the ground. I have this image of a needle and thread going back and forth weaving you back together. Pulling the parts of you back into one piece. This is all beautiful and serene.
As I sit here my arms spread open into the dark of the night with stars sparkling. I again am holding the space for you. Eventually there is light.

My head is doing a dance of it's own, a slow waltz. There is a huge sigh of relief, a feeling of coming home. Quite enjoyable, I could get stuck here it feels so good. My head then stopped at the centre point, in perfect alignment. My spine is elongating, stretching upwards. It feels powerful, a sense of strength.
Again with the Tai Chi movements. Very slow and subtle filled with love.
Wow, your energy field is flowing beautifully as I do a scan. Not much more is needed in the moment.
(I am noticing here how there is still a part of me that resists 'stopping', thinking that I haven't done enough, I SHOULD do more, be more and so on. You are a beautiful gift to me on this journey of learning. Thank you so much for all the lessons. Bless you.)
