N.H. Healing Session #9 L.D.  (7:30a.m.)

My head rolled to a position and stretched itself out and then moved on to another spot stopping for a few seconds.  I could feel the shoulder muscles stretching.  Then my hands and arms began to dance in that Tai Chi movement bringing balance to the energy meridians.  This would be a wonderful 'homework' assignment for you.  Take a few minutes each day to intentionally just let your body just move in any which way IT wants to.  However that looks to you.  My picture is standing with eyes closed, taking a few deep breathes and letting go of expectation and judgment, getting out of my head and just noticing where your body yearns to shift, unwind, settle in.  (eyes can be open)  My experience was sitting on the bed observing my arms, noticing my legs wanting to move too but being so comfortable I didn't want to move them.  So I thought, mmhh! I wonder if it would work just as well 'pretending' to move them so that is what I did.  Actually works better because in my imagination the movements can extend in ways my physical limited body might not be able to do.  Thank you for this gift.  I am excited to play with this idea myself throughout the day.  There are numerous times throughout the day like grocery store line ups, waiting in bank line up, waiting for whatever... of course my movements will be publically subtle and unnoticable and imagined.  I feel freer already.

Next I was unruffling your energy field from the waist down this time.  Following the flow down into the ground.  Then I scanned your entire field which was flowing nicely.  My hands moved down your spine area, noticing that they moved further away from your body and then closer - like going over speed bumps.  I found my hands pulling out 'energy cobwebs' (was the image I got) from the spine freeing things up.

Scanned again and your energy was flowing nicely, softly at head and shoulder area and more so in the rest of the body flowing deep into the earth.  When holding your feet to finish off, the picture I got was that my hands were in murky waters that soon changed to clear waters.  Message was 'to be still and let the silt settle, stop stirring up the waters'.  Let things settle, be patient, let go, all is well, you are in good hands. (in the broad sense)

Until Next Time.
