This morning I chose to go exercise at the Richmond Mall. My plan was to do this L.D. session later at my friends home. Hence the 4:11 p.m. start time.
Session started with a prayer for healing for you and everyone else that needed it. My hand went to heart area, in the energy field, to turn up the volume of love. Like turning up the volume on a radio. Not sure if it was my volume or yours being turned up.
Next I was bowing in front of you. That respectful bow where you back away from the king. I was saying, yes master, yes master. I felt like I sank deeper into the couch. (stopped to record this)
I travelled back in time. You were 11 or 12. Your eyes sparkle. I see a huge panorama of blue sky and rolling hills / you can see forever. A time when you were confident, strong, powerful. You had the world by the tail.
I scanned your energy field. At mid section down, it was sluggish and murky. I went through your chakras. Balanced the Solar Plexus one. At third eye chakra, my hand was drawn in.
When I scanned again, the field was flowing nicely. Your garment of energy fanned out at the bottom spreading outward.
All this took only a few minutes.
End 4:48 p.m. by the time I finished writing this.
